Delivery
How long does it take to process my order? – The processing of your order does not take long. As soon as the order is approved, we start processing and then packing your order. Normally an order ships within 3 to 5 business days.
What if I change my mind and want to change my order once my order is placed? – Once an order is placed and paid for on our web store, you can not make any changes. Therefore it is very important that you check so that your order is correct before you proceed to pay for your order. Look here view our return policy.
Can I return a purchased product? – No, since these products are customized to your needs we do not accept returns.
24 hour Quick Ship option: We will produce and ship your order within 24 hours. This applies to orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or holiday will be produced and shipped on the next available standard working day.
Shipping and Delivery: Delivery timeframes are calculated starting at the end of production. Because shipping carriers are beyond our control, Albion Screen Printing is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping. Title for finished work passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier at the shipping point. We are NOT responsible for delays or damage incurred after your shipment has left our plant.
Order History
What do I do if my item arrives damaged? – Please contact us with 5 business days. If the packaged appears to be damaged on delivery, make sure to note it when you sign for it.
Can I view my previous transactions at your webshop? – Yes, by registering with us through our webshop, you can check your order status online and view your previous order history. You can also change your password or make changes in your address book.
